"Take Me Higher"
When our hearts, minds, and spirit are becoming disconnected from God’s plan for us to be blessed we lose hope. We become overwhelmed, confused, and afraid. These lower moments give us the ability to allow God to take us higher.
Senior Pastor Travis Tullis urges us through the scriptures in John 10:9-10, Ephesians 6:12, 1 John 3:8, and Psalm 61 to learn how to ask God to “Take Me Higher.” We are in a spiritual war and remembering to pray will give us light and understanding of God’s words. Isaiah 54:17 says, “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.” Loving our enemy and walking in the Holy Spirit will take us higher and lead us into heavenly places.
Thank you, Senior Pastor Tullis, for leading us to go onward and upward together with the understanding and knowledge that God is taking us higher.
