“Time To Apply”

“Time To Apply,” God’s wisdom in our lives so we can press forward into His Kingdom. Senior Pastor Travis Tullis reminds us that our story can be transformed for God’s glory by using our testimony of His faithfulness through scriptures, Romans 13:8-14, 1 John 3:1-3, and 2 Corinthians 5:17.

When Christians walk in the light of Jesus Christ, we are no longer bound by our old story of shame. Applying this new story in our daily lives gives us the ability to mortify our flesh with new knowledge. This contributes to us turning away from our past sins with the help of the Holy Spirit.

As it is written in scripture 2 Corinthians 5:17 “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”

This means Jesus gives us a new story to tell and a new song to sing so we can become the people God created us to be. Through this spiritual revelation we have a better understanding of love and are awakened and aware of God’s ways.
